Me: I have revised my A-Z readings because I just can’t with some of these books. I am going to continue but in a modified manner. Right now, though, I am working through a book recommended by a coworker. Stay tuned!

For a book study, I picked up a new book by Jeanne Birdsall called The Library of Unruly Treasures. So far, it has been exactly that . . a treasure! I am into the writing phase of it.

14YO: He is working his way through Oliver Twist. It is a tough read for him. On the side, he is reading another series by Harley Tate.

11YO: He has abandoned Ranger’s Apprentice at book 11. He said it was no longer interesting or fun. He will pick up on book 2 of The Roman Mysteries by Caroline Lawrence. We read book one as a read aloud and it was an okay read.
